If I do not know the hotel's name, but I still want to find a hotel, I can still find Tuli hotel by searching "Kanha hotel" or "Kanha best hotel" (which is on the first page the fifth website)

2. Keyword density test analysisSo now I want to run a keyword density test of the Tuli's website, see in reality what are the keywords they put into the website.
What does it mean?As we could see from the data, "hotels" is the word that most appeared throughout the webpage, and "resorts" and "tuli" ranked the 2nd and 3rd respectively. It is very obvious that there is an imbalance of appearance of keywords ("hotels" appears 15 times whereas "tiger" only appears once? really?)
As I mentioned before, the recommended density is 3-7% for the major 2 or 3 keywords and 1-2% for minor keywords. For tuli hotel, 11.36% appearance of "hotels" is way too much and it will not help them to improve the ranking. On the other hand, the lack of attention to other keywords such as "tiger safari", "jungle tour", or "national park hotel" Note that those keywords need to be in the meta-tags but they also need to appear in the actual content of the website in order to be ranked (it would be even better to make them bold or highlight them) |
Conclusion: The keywords are not used effectively and strategically
There should be improvement implemented for the keywords used in Tuli's website. Good keywords such as "wildlife resorts", "jungle safari Kanha" were only been put into meta-tags but basically they are not effectively mentioned throughout the pages.
In the following steps I will explain more on how to tackle such problems.
